Health and Wellbeing Kickstart
If you’re ready to feel healthier and make some changes but don’t know where to start, the Health and Wellbeing Kickstart is the perfect first step. This standalone, one hour session is designed to give you clear direction and simple steps to begin to reach your health goals.
Before the session (online or in person), you’ll fill in a health questionnaire and food diary to provide insight into your current nutrition and lifestyle habits and health goals.
During our time together, we’ll:
Discuss your key health issues and choose an aspect to focus on.
Review your diet and lifestyle to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Highlight any challenges standing in your way.
You’ll receive a personalised, action plan with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that are practical and easy to implement straight away, helping you feel confident and motivated to move forward.
This option is great if you don’t want to commit to a longer programme, but if you decide you would like more support, it is easy to upgrade to one of my programmes.
